By 2027, Bountiful Farmers aims to be Rwanda’s top choice for potato seeds, specializing in highly resistant varieties. We will have one seed variety breeding laboratory at G0 stage, supplying three high-tech mega-greenhouses, each with a production capacity of 500,000 pcs per season, in Northern (Gicumbi), Southern (Nyamagabe) and Eastern (Rwamagana) provinces, one in each.
Our expansion strategy focuses on strengthening local seed production capacity, reducing dependency on imports, and ensuring farmers access certified, disease-free planting materials.
